Do you allow pets?
Meridian 2250 at Eisenhower Station warmly welcomes both dogs and cats with no breed or weight restrictions for dogs. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $500 & $50 per month per pet is assessed with a limit of 2 pets per apartment. Please contact the Leasing Office for additional pet information.
Can a large dog (like a German Shepherd or Labrador) live at Meridian 2250 at Eisenhower Station?
Meridian 2250 at Eisenhower Station welcomes all dog breeds and sizes, including large breeds like German Shepherds, Labradors, and Pit Bulls as examples. There are no weight limits or breed restrictions for dogs at this community.
Do you have EV charging stations at Meridian 2250 at Eisenhower Station?
Yes, Meridian 2250 at Eisenhower Station provides convenient electric vehicle (EV) charging stations for residents. The community has seven Level 2 ChargePoint EV stations located in the garage.
What are the costs for using the EV charging stations at Meridian 2250 at Eisenhower Station?
The pricing for residents to use the charging stations at Meridian 2250 at Eisenhower Station is structured as follows:
- Session Fee: A $1 fee is charged per charging session.
- Initial Hourly Rate: $1.50 per hour for the first four hours.
- Extended Hourly Rate: $3.00 per hour after the first four hours of charging.
Does Meridian 2250 at Eisenhower Station offer flexible rent payment options?
Yes, residents at Meridian 2250 at Eisenhower Station are able to pay on a prescribed flexible schedule through the Flex platform.
Are there convenience stores in the area?
Yes. There is a 7-11 as well as CVS Pharmacy within a 4 minute walk of our community. We also now have a Monumental Markets 24/7 Self-Serve market in our community.
Do you have garage parking?
Yes. We offer unreserved indoor garage parking. Based on availability, the monthly garage parking fee for the 1st vehicle is $200 and $250 for a 2nd vehicle (only applicable for 2 bedroom apartments when additional spaces are available). There's a $40 monthly fee for motorcycles and motorized scooters.
What utilities are residents responsible for?
Residents are responsible for water/sewer and electric (heating/cooling), which are individually metered and paid directly to the utility company. In addition, there is a $15.00 monthly trash/recycling fee. Energy efficient appliances are included and contribute towards cost savings.
What are your office hours?
Our Leasing Office will be open to both current and future residents Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sundays 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. You can also view available floor plans, community amenities, take video tours, and access other community information on our website 24/7. Walk-ins are welcome and both in-person as well as virtual tours are being offered upon request.
Do you offer guest parking?
We have extremely limited guest parking at the cost of $15 per night per parked car when space in the garage allows.
What are your prices?
Meridian 2250 features studio, one-, one-bedroom with sunroom, and two- bedroom floor plans with a variety of layouts to match any lifestyle. For the most up-to-date pricing, lease terms, and current availability, please visit our floor plans page. With regards to the rental application, there is a $50 non-refundable application fee per applicant and one-time $500 reservation fee. Are you close to the metro?
Yes, Meridian 2250 at Eisenhower Station is a quick 3 minute walk to WMATA's Eisenhower Metro Station. In addition, we offer a Bulletin Screen display providing up-to-date information on arrival times & availability for Metro trains, Metro & DASH buses, Uber, & Bike Share.
Is there grocery shopping nearby?
Yes, Whole Foods is a 15 minute walk from Meridian 2250 at Eisenhower Station, and Wegmans is just a 7 minute walk. In addition, you will find that services, such as Instacart and Amazon Fresh, are easy to use in our area if you don't have the time to grocery shop and would rather have it delivered.
Are there restaurants and bars nearby?
We are just steps from a number of neighborhood restaurants and bars. Delia's Mediterranean Grill & Ted's Montana Grill, some of our favorites, are a 4 minute walk from our community. Carlyle Corner, a 5 minute walk, includes Zikrayet Lebanese, Paisano's Pizza, Sumo Sushi/Hibatchi, Foster's Grill & Lost Boy Cider. There is also Sweet Fire Donna's, Taco & Tequila, & Whiskey & Oyster that are a casual 11 minute walk. In less than 2 miles, just 30 walking minutes or 11 minute Uber ride, you can take advantage of all of the restaurants and bars along Historic Alexandria's Old Town Waterfront. You can even catch the Potomac Riverboat Company's ferry to Maryland's National Harbor or Washington D.C.'s Georgetown Waterfront or Nationals Stadium.
Is there anywhere nearby where I’m able to get my car washed?
You’ll be happy to know that through our partnership with Wash LB you’ll be able to have your car detailed at home. Wash LB offers residents of Meridian 2250 special deals. As of 2/16/24 just a few residents have moved in so we're still in the process of getting this service set up but expect to have it in place soon.
Are there any recreational facilities in the immediate area?
Yes. Orange Theory Fitness, OneLife Fitness, Pure Barre, & Club Pilates are a short walk from the property. Plus, our community is parallel to the Eisenhower Bike Trail which connects to the Mt. Vernon Trail stretching an additional 18 miles along the Potomac River from George Washington's Mt. Vernon Estate to Theodore Roosevelt Island. The Mt. Vernon Trail connects with regional trails, including Potomac Heritage, Custis, Rock Creek, Four Mile Run and Woodrow Wilson Bridge trails. Pump It Up, a children's recreational facility, as well as Urban Fishing Location called Lake Cook, stocked with Trout & Channel Catfish, includes a pier & walking trail, is nearby. Additionally, a Capital Bike Share station is conveniently located at Eisenhower and Mill Race Lane.

We enjoy planning and hosting resident events! Examples of potential events would be a costume Halloween party with grab and go hot cider and apple cider donuts, outdoor move night on the big screen, and local food trucks.
