We apologize for the challenges that you've encountered. We understand that the challenges that come with a new building can be frustrating and do our best to mitigate them as best possible. Unfortunately it can take a while before USPS fully recognizes new addresses and this can create issues with timely mail delivery. We are hopeful that the kinks have been worked out and that mail delivery will normalize soon. As the building is under construction, not every area is currently available (including some of the garage floors) but as required work is completed, additional garage levels will open up. There should be adequate parking spaces available based on the number of currently occupied apartments but when the Property Manager reaches out to you today to chat about the challenges you mention, if you're experiencing any challenges with finding parking, please make sure that you let him know. We appreciate your candid thoughts and please expect a call today to talk through the other items you have mentioned.
