|Recommended: YesSuper Nice — I've been a resident for 1 year and 3 days. I live in the upper floors and really like the view. I've overheard some residents comment on the wind noise. For me, thanks to a mechanical engineering background, I know that the velocity gradient is greater in magnitude at increasing height above the ground. I don't even mind it, as its more noticeable in the winter another unavoidable fact . I renewed today for another year. I appreciate the many community events hosted, which is far more than anywhere else I have lived. I add them all to my calendar but don't always make it on time. There is plenty of capacity for packages. I find the on-site dry cleaning to be very convenient. I haven't used the amenities very much but I have noticed they are always presentable. To sum it up As I was walking into the front lobby a few days ago, a delivery driver happened to be on her way out, and said to herself There's some millionaires living here. That's not me, but the property has that vibe.

|Recommended: YesEnjoying My View At 2250 — I have lived at Meridian 2250 for almost two months now, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an apartment. The leasing staff particularly Reggie were so helpful and patiently showed me numerous apartments several times. When I had questions, I could call, email, or even stop by the office. I never felt like I was bothering them. I knew they wanted me to make the best living choice for me.
My move-in day was good. It was easy to book a time for the loading dock, with a generous allotted time for three hours. The freight elevator was a good size that minimized the number of trips from the moving truck to my unit.
The unit is clean with beautiful hardwood floors, nice stainless steel appliances, and has spectacular views. The units are quiet I never hear my neighbors. Trash and recycling are convenient on each floor. Maintenance is quick to respond. I had an issue which was quickly resolved. The maintenance team made me feel that they wanted the work done timely and done right. Oh, and as a bonus, each resident gets up to ten free cups of coffee a month from the coffee bar. This is a nice perk for those of you who telework.
The only issue I have is that the parking spaces are extremely narrow. It's difficult to park your car to allow enough room to get in and out without touching a car next to you. As the building approaches full occupancy, I have noticed it is harder to get a parking spot without having to drive around different levels to find one. And I still don't remember where I parked each time, but I am sure that's just a me problem.
Last, the concierge staff have been wonderful. They answer all of my questions, give me tips on how to make the best use of services, and provide a welcoming environment.
You should keep Meridian 2250 on your short list. When you move in, tell them I sent you, so I get money off my rent. Just kidding ... well, not really

We apologize for the challenges that you've encountered. We understand that the challenges that come with a new building can be frustrating and do our best to mitigate them as best possible. Unfortunately it can take a while before USPS fully recognizes new addresses and this can create issues with timely mail delivery. We are hopeful that the kinks have been worked out and that mail delivery will normalize soon. As the building is under construction, not every area is currently available (including some of the garage floors) but as required work is completed, additional garage levels will open up. There should be adequate parking spaces available based on the number of currently occupied apartments but when the Property Manager reaches out to you today to chat about the challenges you mention, if you're experiencing any challenges with finding parking, please make sure that you let him know. We appreciate your candid thoughts and please expect a call today to talk through the other items you have mentioned.
